Asia Policy : Bridging the gap between the academic and policy worlds by publishing policy-relevant scholarly research on Asia that draws clear and concise implications for policymakers.

The National Bureau of Asian Research (NBR) is pleased to announce the launching of Asia Policy, a peer-reviewed journal that is the newest initiative to fulfill NBR’s purpose of “bridging the gap” between academic research and policymaking. 

We will consider for publication academic research—whether case-specific analysis or empirically focused theoretical analysis—that adheres to the standards of general social science methodology. In addition, research must draw clear and concise implications for policymakers.
