About azTeen Magazine: azTeen Goals and Objectives.

Our mission is connecting teenagers throughout Greater Phoenix and Scottsdale Arizona area by providing a platform for them to voice their thoughts and ideas creating a network of support and education. The Magazine will evolve with every issue towards becoming the number one magazine for teens throughout Arizona.

Our goal is to empower and motivate young people to become involved in their community. We recognize teen leaders who have demonstrated academic excellence, family commitment, community involvement and a strong desire to inspire their peers. We share tips with how to look and feel one's best while aiming for the stars.

Our content addresses the challenges facing young ladies and young men today as well as the lighter side of teen life. Expect our stories to cover academics, health, fashion, relationships, culture and beauty with a mix of articles that are fun, catchy and witty. Most importantly, our content is written from a teenage perspective because they are our authors and main voice of the publication.

The Magazine is a collective effort of teens from all over the Valley of the Sun. Our writers want to raise the bar on the community’s perception of high school and dispel the myth that teens are only interested in the latest cell phone—although important. Our writers possess a special confidence as representatives of Arizona teens, and have taken on the challenge of showing the world their inner “superstar.” Our teenage writers are the heart and soul of azTeen Magazine and we salute them.
