With only 14 percent of the population as members of fi tness centers nationwide, focusing on non-members may just be the key to adding additional revenue potential. Facilities may not attract all 86 percent, but there are a lot of active people out there who would be interested in participating in some sort of activity, without the obligation of monthly membership dues.
