IT IS by Ross John King, Asiaing.com Why is the cost of living rising so fast? Why are morals and democracy declining? Can we find new solutions?

Introduction: Most people agree that world problems are getting worse. Most of us know much about them. We see them in our daily lives. And we hear about them in the constant chatter of mass media. But how much do we hear about solutions? Common sense says that if we spend more time on solutions, we’ll have fewer problems.

It seems that most solutions given by leaders are self-serving. Many are quick fixes, distractions, or simply bad ideas. And some make people feel good, but don’t solve much.

When do we hear about lasting solutions that make common sense?

When you learn about solutions, you learn who gains and who loses. And you see why some people want to keep us distracted. They flood us with news about problems. And they entertain us with small-minded fun and games. Some tell us we shouldn’t do anything but hope and wait. And this could be years, centuries, or longer. Some tell us we should simply trust that others will make things better for us. They all say about the same thing. The combination of blind trust and little action is a good plan. It’s good regardless if it doesn’t work, and things keep getting worse.

How bad will things have to get before enough people wake up, think for themselves, and take healthy action? We’re finding out faster every day.

For many years, our family spent much time learning and talking about news of world problems. But after a while, we saw this didn’t make things much better. So we turned off the TV. And we started learning and talking about solutions.

We learned that all change begins with thoughts. And thoughts are made of energy, like every thing we know. They change into electric brainwaves that can be measured, like all other energy waves. In time, the energy of thoughts changes into the energy of actions. Thoughts change things. Thoughts, actions, and things are part of one electric energy field. Thoughts are a real power in the world. They’re the true starting point for change. Here’s a summary of what we learned.

Thoughts change things.

  • We use old and new thoughts to change things.
  • We recall old thoughts from what we keep in memory and imprinted on things around us. These thoughts make up what we know about the past of all that is.
  • We receive new thoughts from what we imagine and learn. These thoughts make up what we know about what will be. And it’s limitless.
  • The energy of thoughts changes into the energy of actions. Thoughts, actions, and things are part of one energy field.

While learning about solutions, we found there are many ways to do things. And for many things, there’s not only one right way or a perfect way. So we should simply do our best, and be happy. In February of 2004, we wrote a paper on world problems and solutions. And we invited people to read it, and share their thoughts. Since then, we’ve heard from people around the world. Thank you.

We invite you to read what we’ve learned so far. And let us know what you think. We also invite you to make solutions and share them with others. This only takes some courage, learning, imagination, and a sense of humor. So be brave. And be happy.
