VisitBritain has launched a new information magazine called Quality Edge which will be distributed to all the members of its quality assurance schemes – some 24,000 hospitality establishments.

Issues covered will include finance, property, marketing and safety along with guidance on the day to day running of a business and statistics on the English tourism industry.

Stephen Farrant of VisitBritain’s quality department said: We have identified all those nasty niggling worries that keep hospitality proprietors awake at night and address them head on in the magazine.”
