Visit Taste of Home Magazine Website From the Editor My hubby Louie and I have a fun and frugal Valentine’s Day tradition: Instead of buying new greeting cards for each other every year, we save and reuse favorites given in the past. Inside, we update the year and add a personal love note. But there’s no recycling on Valentine treats! This year, the fabulous chocolate recipes in the February/March magazine have us drooling! It’s a toss-up between the Chocolate Cookie Cheesecake and Raspberry Chocolate Cake. Both are so yummy! If you're not a chocolate lover (there are a few in this world), plan a romantic dinner featuring a mouth-watering entree in the issue. Cornmeal Oven-Fried Chicken or Cashew Beef Stir Fry are just two of the great choices.
