According to the CedarCrestone 2010-2011 HR Systems Survey, 71 percent of respondents plan to implement new HR systems in the next year. Technology decisions are being driven by a need to access information and report on it meaningfully.

Leadership, strategy and business value can replace tracking and filing documents when data is centralized and systems are integrated. An ECM system will not only make an organization more efficient, it also will secure sensitive information, while making it easily available to authorized users when it is needed.
