When You Can't Earn an MBA...
   Thoughts on Getting Ahead Without an MBA

   During my speaking engagements, I keep bumping into people who have an ambition to pursue an MBA program. Some of them are serious and some of them are not. Upon probing further, I find that many people:

   a) don't know why they want an MBA or b) want to pursue an MBA because it will automagically transform them into someone very special or c) they want to do it because they don't want to be left behind.
